In episode 7 of our DIPLOMICS Network Partner Profile Series, we visit the Centre for Human Metabolomics (CHM). Based at North-West University's beautiful Potchefstroom Campus, the CHM has been a leader in the field of small molecular analysis and research since the 1980's.

 

In a recent partnership with TIA, the centre continues to provide effective and efficient metabolomic analytic services to niche areas of the South African Health Sector and beyond. One critical focus and passion is the CHM's involvement in the diagnosis and treatment of rare metabolic diseases in children.
