ABOUT
This is a five day Intermediate-Advanced Bioinformatics workshop that will focus is on advanced computational proficiency, enabling participants to utilize high-performance computing resources. The program will include data processing , metagenomic resources, Sequence alignemnt and genome assembly, molecular phylogenetics, and data visualisation and reporting.
