ABOUT
The workshop will cover the fundamental molecular techniques most often used in a genomics laboratory.
The training will cover both the theoretical and practical training in the following aspects:
DNA extraction methodologies
Nanodrop DNA quantification
PCR
Agarose gel electrophoresis
PCR product purification
Preparation of samples for Sanger sequencing
HOW TO REGISTER
Requirements:
Participants will need to organize their own travel and accommodation.
All reagents and course materials will be provided for free.
Participants will need to bring a lab coat, notebook and pens
