Upcoming Training

This workshop will include a lecture series on NGS technologies, applications and experimental approaches.

This will be followed by hands-on practice at metabarcoding dataset analysis (from the curation of the data through to final, publication-ready figures).The training will be focused on bacterial 16S rRNA metabacoding, however, the fundamental techniques learnt can be applied to other organisms and marker genes.
