Upcoming Training

The day will consist of presentations by both researchers and students discussing the practical aspects of various NGS DNA sequencing platforms, their applications and data analysis, including practical advicer on how to deal with challenges in exploring genomics for Plants, Mammals, Humans, Fungi and microbes.

The presentation topics include: Phylogeography and genomics; Metagenomics and biodiversity; NGS applications for conservation efforts; the DIPLOMICS 1KSA initiative; applying genomics towards understanding marine mammal taxonomy and Human genomics - GWAS and 10X single cell sequencing.
