This workshop will consist if both a theoratical and hands-on experience on whole genome sequencing (WGS) using ONT Minion or Promethion flow cell.
The workshop may cover WGS, however, the fundamental techniques learnt can be applied to other applications such as metagenomics, transcriptomics, etc.
