ABOUT
Oxford Nanopore Technologies DNA/RNA sequencing training workshop provides participants with hands-on training on ONT DNA library prep and sequencing.
The workshop will guide participants from DNA extraction, QC of the DNA library preparation and sequence on the Mk1c platform. Finally genomes assembly and analyzing the resultant genomes.
