ABOUT
This one week-long training is designed to build a robust foundation of skills in MS-based plant metabolomics for researchers, postgraduate students, and early-career scientists across South Africa.
The program consists of four carefully structured workshops, spread across one week, to ensure participants progressively gain expertise in all aspects of metabolomics workflows.
These modules will guide participants through the critical stages of sample preparation, operation of MS equipment (TQ-MS, LC-MS + TQ-MS + HRMS), data processing and computational analysis, including advanced bioinformatics tools for metabolite annotation using in silico platforms and MS fragmentation pattern analysis.
HOW TO REGISTER
Registration and attendance information will be updated closer to the event date.
Please note: all travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant.
