The Advanced LS-MS-Based Plant Metabolomics workshop is a week-long workshop that will focus on the basic principles of building technical proficiency in LS-MS technologies and metabolomics data analysis.

The workshop will cover:

• Master full metabolomics workflow

• Sample preparation

• LC-MS operation

• Data analysis & metabolite annotation

• Bioinformatics tools

Develop competencies in:

• MS fragmentation pattern analysis

• In silico metabolite structure prediction

• Network pharmacology and pathway mapping

At the end, participants will:

1. Be equipped to run and interpret LC-MS plant metabolomics experiments.

2. Have gained applicable tools that will enable them to contribute to agricultural, health, and biotech solutions through advanced metabolomics.
