Past Elevate Training

The "Reconstructing SAGs & MAGs with KBase" workshop was a two-day event that focused on the bioinformatic applications for biologists implemented in the KBase environment. Throughout the workshop, we demonstrated the capabilities of KBase as an alternative to command-line tools. The KBase platform was hardware agnostic, allowing participants to use their own devices during the sessions. No previous bioinformatic experience was required.
